Northeast Youth Forum for Entrepreneurship and Employment

FONHARE and its partners conducted the first edition of the Youth Forum for Entrepreneurship and Employment in the Northeast. This forum was realized during two days (28 and 29 June 2018). A total of 171 young people including 86 boys and 71 girls participated in this forum, including girls and boys with disabilities.

Main objective

Motivate young people to create their own initiative through sharing successful entrepreneurs’ experience.

Specific objectives

Facilitate dialogue between young people and entrepreneurs working in the Northeast department. Encourage young people, through information, the desire to undertake their own initiative;Allow young people to learn about the initiatives of successful entrepreneurs through the sharing of experiences;Create openness for access to youth employment from established relationships with entrepreneurs in the forum;Reinforce the esteem of young people by making them aware of how to unpack, demystify bad beliefs to start their businesses.
